Abilify, Luvox, Effexor and Modafinil. Modafinil not working as it used to. Anyone going through the same sh*t?

Hi,

Just wanted to know if anyone here is on Abilify and Modafinil for OCD. I have been prescribed Abilify along with Luvox and Effexor for my OCD. I cycle Modafinil 100 and 200mg alternatively to help with my cognitive function and focus.

Off late, what I’ve observed is that Mofafinil isn’t that effective as it was before in increasing focus and concentration. I can easily have a good afternoon nap for 2 hours and feel very groggy after that.

Is there any remedy to it? I’ll definitely consult my Psychiatrist regarding this, but if anyone here has anecdotal experience that could help me get through this, I’d be very grateful. Thanks!
