Took 400mg and feeling ill.

I haven't taken any for ages and used to take 200mg every now and then. I took 400mg this morning and have felt sick every since, this was 8 hours ago. How long is this likely to last? 110kg body weight (220lb} Also is there anything I can take to help with the sickness? I won't be doing it again! Thanks.
