It's been a real game-changer for me. I won't say the dosage. That's not relevant to anyone but me and my doctor. But it's a healthy dose. I take it first thing in the morning. It gets me through the day. I wake up at about 8 AM and by 6 PM I'm tired again. Which used to be the way I felt ALL of the time. Now I get an actual "day" before I'm too tired to do anything. After 6 if I want to just veg out, it's not keeping me from getting things done. And though I would love to have an "evening" too, I'm grateful to have my days back.
