Warranty coverage
Post Body
So I work in a very small phone repair shop in SC, and just had a customer for whom we had replaced a screen on a Note II for call and say they just "pressed" on the top of the screen and it cracked. Our warranty usually only covers screen or part malfunctions or defects, but I wasnt really sure what to say to the customer because if we replaced every screen that cracked during our warranty period we'd be out of buisness. What would you do in my position?
