help, running repair shop
Post Body

Hey guys, so i repair iPhones and i had a customer who is an established business owner in town, he owns a few restaurants as well as a computer repair shop. He is looking to expand his computer repair shop and add mobile repairs and he asked me if i would take that position. i would be doing everything including advertising, inventory, orders and of course the repairs. is there anything else i might have to do to keep the shop running smoothly? Also wondering what is the best way to negotiate my pay, as we've yet to sit down and discuss everything. should i get a wage or a salary with commission? or a different form of pay ? i am quite new to different ways of going about being paid, so all help is appreciated! thank you.
