My iphone se' 2020 battery works really poor, and to top it all of my charging port isn't working (I'm 100% that its a hardware issue), which makes charging a devious task taking a long time with my phone heating up a lot. I don't want to waste money I don't have by buying a new phone, but I do have another one available. Is it actually safe to fix it myself? I've already ordered a replacement battery and port, but I'm worried about repairing my iphone with non-original pieces. Again, I have another phone home which I can use but I really love this one and would like to fix it if possible. Taking it to an authorized serviced just isn't worth it.
