I replaced my pixel 3 display at City center, mumbai for 4500 rupees (approx 54$) because it had burn ins. While the screen seems genuine and has no backlight bleeding when a black image is displayed at full brightness, almost like the phone is turned off. But I have noticed that the phone gets warmer at regular usage. Temperattrs go from 28°C to 36°C on only using Spotify, YouTube, Bluetooth and Netflix, sometimes higher. It get warm only near the top part, mostly around the fingerprint sensor and the glossy glass part, the bottom part is fine. The display has a black frame while my phone's back panel and fp sensor is white. I saw the techs doing something to the, I think, display connector with hot tools and that microscope looking thing. Battet health is at 90% so it can't be the battery. Please help me. The phone is running on Android 12. Check image below:
TLDR: Pixel 3 warming up at the top part after screen replacement.
