Everything immoral about the move has been discussed in detail but something I think people aren't talking about is how much money this stunt by John fisher has probably lost the rest of the owners this season. Maybe I'm wrong for thinking this way but my assumption is that as a result of what he's done, who the hell wants to go see their team play oakland this year? Sure it might be fun to see a blowout for your team ln occasion (sorry oakland fans i love y'all) but I'd assume that as a result of the blatant tanking, any time the As come to town anywhere else, there's probably a huge dip in attendance. Added up that's probably a bunch of money that was just flushed down the toilet for every team. As much as I don't see it happening it would be cool for the owners to say "you lost us all this money, I hope you enjoy losing more of yours." Sadly I think a team in Vegas is enough for most of them to look past it but just a thought
