Hey, so I bought the Redragon fizz K617 (typo in title) about a month and a half back from the company website directly. Thought I'd share their reliability as I couldn't find a good account of it when I was shopping. Side note, the keyboard is great.

TLDR : Redragon site good, got red esc and space bar key in the box

Got the package in a timely manner, tracking was alright, the packaging was enough to keep it safe in transit. So yes, the site can be trusted.

In addition to that, the site usually also has some promotions and discounts going on, like when I ordered I got a free mouse pad along with it (I didn't even know anything like that was going on, so was surprised when it was in the package)

Now, for the additional things that are included with the black version - I got a red esc key and space bar in the box too. I am not sure if these are included when ordering from Amazon. Though the two key caps are.. Not the best - I appreciate them including it for those that might wanna spice it up.
