Heat soak???

Hey guys, so I’ve recently gotten Stage 2 IE ECU tune and I’m running on stock intercooler. I did a couple pulls earlier on the highway pushing 4K RPMs at 70-80 mph. I felt like I was losing power but not quite bogging out and not quite misfiring. I just upgraded my spark plugs and went to R8 coil packs after I blew a coil while doing a pull a week ago. Is what I’m experiencing heat soak? Google isn’t exactly my friend here lol.
