Homecoming crowds
Post Body

I'm coming back to CoMo for homecoming this weekend, it will be the first football game I've been back for in about 4 years and the first time back in CoMo in about 3. I have some questions about getting into and around town on game day. I know when I used to live there you could avoid most of the crowds with some side road usage around town and back roads in and out of town. So my questions are:

  • What's a good way into and out of town a few hours before and after the game that will avoid most of the crowds? I'll be coming west on I-70.

  • Is parking still free and open on campus on the weekends and on game days? If not, you got any suggestions for parking? Walking a mile or two, or taking a bus isn't out of the question.

  • Any restaurant suggestions for after the game that may not be packed?

Thanks r/mizzou
