any ideas how i can fix this? been working on mixing and mastering myself for the past few weeks and it sounds amazing on my head phones but every time i play on my phone speakers full volume or car speakers full volume it sounds messy and harsh, on my phone speakers it sounds like there is too much midrange, like the sound is very direct and one dimensional but on headphones it sounds good

im using fabfilter pro l2 on my master with some glue compression and izotope maximiser

the songs are peaking at -13/14db

ive lowered the attack on the pro l2 and put oversampling on at x4 but it still sounds like ass when its full volume compared to other spotify songs i compare it to
