Evening, party people. Let’s get into it
I’m a self taught mixing and mastering engineer, although I’ve read a lot and consumed a lot of information over the last ~10 years. In that time I’ve learned about the Doppler effect, Haas effect, and proximity effect and how those relate to my production and mixing/mastering. I’m mostly just curious if there are other, similar concepts that are regularly relevant to you and your work that I’m missing. Up until this point, these three have served me well. I just want to make sure I’m not missing anything that can explain all the goofy things that happen while I work.
Thanks everybody!
