Did Mixer remove the option to subscribe with Microsoft credit?

It's been a few months since I was active on Mixer, but I've been getting back on recently and when I went to purchase a subscription I didn't see an option to use Microsoft credit. I know this used to be an option back when subs were $6.99, so has that been removed or am I just missing something?
