Streamlabs dashboard is empty on Mixer account, but not Twitch

Post Body

I've submitted a ticket with Streamlabs support in hopes to get an issue resolved, but wanted to ask the community if they have experienced anything similar.

Before I go further, here is the setup. I streamed on Twitch for a few days and created a Streamlabs account with my Twitch account as my primary. I then wanted to move over to Mixer, but instead of creating another account on Streamlabs, I merged my Mixer account with my existing one to keep the donation link the same and the other settings I changed for alerts and commands unaltered.

Here's the issue. Whenever I stream on Mixer, the recent activities on Streamlabs is accurate and shows followers and other info that happens during my stream. However, my dashboard section is completely empty. When I change to my Twitch account on Streamlabs, all my previous streams show up on the dashboard with the stats I want; I even got Streamlabs stats emails after my stream on Twitch. But since moving over to Mixer, I no longer receive the stats emails after my stream on Mixer and the dashboard is empty.

Is this a known issue with Streamlabs or some sort of sync problem between Mixer and Streamlabs?

Just to note, I am using OBS Studio on a laptop as my streaming PC and entered my stream key. When testing the same setup on Twitch (using stream key), the stats emails and dashboard update with my test stream within a few minutes.
