Does anyone get keratin treatments for their hair?

My mom is part middle eastern and I have very coarse dark brown somewhat wavy, somewhat curly hair. It’s fun but also a pain in the ass. Because of Covid I grew my hair out and a month ago I got a treatment to eliminate frizz. Am I the only one?
