prompt for dual apps

Hi, just got a brand new Redmi note 10 pro, loving everything so far, also I got updated to android 12 the day I set it up las Sunday, and coming from Samsung, I have this problem to solve...

I use dual apps all the time, usually for WhatsApp only, and I couldn't figure out how to disable the "which one do you want to open". Since I have an icon/shortcut to each WhatsApp (one of the icons has a small red circle at the bottom, indicating it's "the other" WhatsApp, so I can differentiate which one is)

And... when I open it, a prompt is shown asking for which one I want to open. This doesn't happen on my friend's Redmi 8A, or my old Samsung. I believe I'm missing something

Is there a way to get rid of the prompt?
