I just wanna whine to people that may get it. My 9 yo daughter has suspected mito. My 3 yo son shows no signs. My 3 yo went to bed without a pull-up today. *sound the trumpets, hallelujah. But even though I am showing pure delight on the outside, I'm crying on the inside. There sits my 9 yo in a pull-up. Thanks to this stupid SUSPECTED disease, she can't know the excitement of a dry night. (Yes I know I should be glad that she's alive and highly functional. I just want to complain. I want to have that little pitty party so I can put on my happy face and make both of their lives as wonderful as they can be with or without pull-ups. )
