My wife is in basic at fort leonard wood and i want to plan the perfect date possible. We're from texas so if i could get some help finding a nice lake and trail near the base or south of it i wanna be sure to make time for it. Something remote even if we have to walk a ways to it and bring a tent. We wanted to go camping at indian lake in louisiana where I'm from but money wouldn't allow it, so being able to make her break between bct and ait magical is my top priority.

Thinking secluded enough not to deal with anyone else, but if it's so good you might as well put up with them then that's great too lol. Also if we can park the car while we're camping and not have to worry about a tow or theft would be a plus.
