State trooper in front of me said he clocked me on 65 North & Battlefield

I was pulled over on 65 and just past Battlefield @ 11:45 am in traffic. The trooper was in front of me with cars between us. I had just left Mercy Orthopedic in Ozark and was hurry home from a shot that the Dr. told me would probably make me nauseous & possibly have to defectate (it did both). He ticketed me for 77. Is it worth it to show up on the court date?
