I lost my car title which was registered in Missouri, I live in Washington state now. How do I get a replacement of said title?

As the title states. I lived in Missouri and bought a car there, I now live in Washington state and I lost the title to my car.
I’m needing to register my car here but obviously can’t without a proper title.
What hoops do I need to go thru with getting a replacement?
