Just wanting ti get some perspective. I currently work from home making $19/hr. It's a great job but I have 1 13 month old and another on the way. Wife is limited in work she can do. I have done propane piping for residential use for a company and I have been a CDL A driver 6 almost 7 years.
My question is what do apprenticeships for either the union plumber or electrician look like? I need a stable career with plenty of room to grow financially. Being a truck driver on the coast is just out of the question. Everyone here is cheap asf and doesn't want to pay their drivers for what they do. I'd like to get into a career that is financially rewarding and also doesn't have me rarely coming home or rarely getting to spend time with my children.
