Hey all,
I hope all is well on your end.
I'm looking for any recommendations for an in-person therapist for my depression. I know a simple Google search can answer my question but honestly, I'd like to hear more about what you like about their services, what made you stay with/trust them, or any overall experience with them. Please let me know the cost of a session as well.
I've never had a therapist before and I've never really talked about my depression as I grew up in a household where dEpPrEsSiOn iSnT rEaL. I guess with the whole pandemic situation, things inside me escalated and I can't bottle up these feelings anymore. I'm looking for an in-person therapist but with covid, I'm assuming most resources will be online? I'm fine with either or however I have a slight preference for the former.
Thank you so much. Enjoy your Thursday night!
