Where to find coupons/coupon books?

Hey everyone!
When I used to work at a grocery store, I've seen people use cut out coupons and redeem them in store. I always ask them where they get it but they just say it's a newspaper insert.
Now, I'm trying to find coupons and coupon books but so far no luck. I was quite lucky and found one in a flyer but ever since then, I haven't seen them around.
Would anyone have more information as to where to get coupons? Ya girl just want to save up buying yogurt and groceries.
