Hi all,
I lease a room at the Rehearsal Factory (1611 Finfar Court). Shared between 3 bands but one band is dropping out, so we're looking for a new one. We'd actually like to split it between 4 bands total, so we're looking for 2 bands.
Total cost is $605/month for this room, so split between 3 bands it is about $200 each. Between 4 bands it is about $150 each.
The way we work the time share is that every band gets 1 night or afternoon per week that is always their dedicated time slot to jam. Any time that is not dedicated to another band can be used on a first come first serve basis.
