Hi everyone,
Hoping someone has some insight on this issue.
Background: I live in a townhouse complex and sometimes walk my dog within my complex. I don't let her run around/ pee on people's lawn, just common spaces. Today I was walking my pup near the visitor parking, about to enter the park which is within the complex. The visitor parking has some green space that is kinda like an extension of the house's front lawn but thats not their property.
The actual issue: My dog peed by a tree in that COMMON space which pissed of the homeowner. We exchanged some very lovely words and I told him this is a common space so, not his business. He then threatened to poison the area for my dog and I let him know i will be reporting to the cops
Curious if anyone has had threats like this and how the cops have gone about dealing with it? Any advice, tips? I will be complaining to the condo management as well but they've been pretty useless in the past.
Common area in a pet friendly neighborhood means your dog can piss and shit there. If you dont like, live in a no pets space
If you could actually read, you'd know that I specifically mentioned COMMON SPACE NOT SOMEONE'S LAWN
