What are some good videos or documentaries for someone to watch who wants to learn about misophonia?

I’ve been a misophonia suffer for 10 years and I want to show my grandma and my dad that i’m not crazy, to them it seems like an excuse to get out of going to church or a family dinner.
I’ve explained it to them multiple times and they still don’t seem to get it (my grandma thought i would “grow out of it”) and i think some evidence like a documentary would help, most of my family who knows about it understands so this is something i never really had to do and I’d appreciate some recommendations! :)
