I purchased a set of these amount a month ago because I was at my wit's end with loud through traffic where I live. After a month, I can say they have been life changing.
I didn't want to go all in with a high end (and expensive) set like Bose puts out, but I tried cheap sets of noise cancelling headphones in the past. They did nothing. As a mid-range set (and I pair them with brown noise when I really want to drown things out), I've found that I've gone from being triggered dozens of times on an average day to a handful of times in a week. I haven't had the chance to test this in a crowded office yet, but I expect they'll do just fine. They pair with modern Bluetooth devices (and can handle two device connections at a time and do reasonably intelligent switching). I've had some switching and disconnect issues, but usually it involves a firmware update, reset, or reconnect. A little frustrating, but not nearly enough to outweigh the benefits I've had. Battery holds for 2-3 days (with me wearing them 10-12 hours a day). Manufacturer advertises about 30 hours with noise cancelling and about 40 without. There's a toggle on the headphones to switch the noise cancelling off in case you need to hear something without taking them off.
So for anyone looking for a recommendation, I'd say these have been a good pair of noise cancelling headphones at a reasonable price range, especially if you're looking to try these out as a misophonia mitigation tool.
(Edit 4/4/2021: Trigger warning - Some context on exactly what sound triggers this is blocking for me - Extreme engine and muffler modifications that can be heard from a road 100 feet away and up to a quarter mile or more afterwards. Extreme bass stereo systems audible from the same distance. Without additional noise over the noise cancelling these may still be audible. Even with this some of the more extreme systems are still audible even over the sound.)
