Is there a difference?

I suffer from Misophonia due to eating/chewing sounds. I'm a level 9 misophone. I was booted from a facebook group for this question so i want to make it clear that i'm not in any way trying to belittle or disrespect anyone. There are certain sounds that everyone finds grating/annoying, car alarms, babies crying, ect. Are these considered triggers within this community?
