Why do people find misophonia triggers funny?

I swear that when I talk about misophonia triggers or someone triggers me it's funny to some people. It's like unintentional comedy rolling out of their seats laughing their asses off. LMGDFAO!!!! Leaping out of their seats rolling on the floor laughing. It's hyperbole. I don't get it honestly. I feel like doing the Lloyd Christmas "you want to hear the most annoying sound in the world?" to them. It's like why? I'm sure they understand annoyance to some degree. They like people annoying them with sounds?
