Do any of you work with children?

My dream has always been to work with kids, i’ve always wanted to be some sort of teacher but my biggest worry with going into that field is my lack of self control and just how annoyed sounds get me, i just remember how triggering going to school was i know i won’t escape it as a teacher. My fear is that i’ll become that pissy teacher who just snaps at little things. I just want to know if i should just give up on this idea or if some of you can actually manage it well
