I am 30F, overweight and not very flexible. I want to train my body to become the best toy possible for Superiors to use. That means I need to work on my flexibility, toning up my ass and losing weight. Not looking to become ripped…. just less jiggly and more flexible!
Are there any misogynistic fitness trainers that can curate a proper workout plan for an inferior cunt such as myself, would want to degrade and humiliate me throughout it all to motivate me and be strict to punish me if I don’t complete my workouts?
