Just Open an Account! Why does some apps not loading?

Recently just started the trial for Mint Mobile! I think it’s terrible! Facebook and a lot of popular apps won’t load or loads very slow compared to when I was just on T Mobiles regular service! What do I need to do to get the service to cooperate with my phone properly? Any advice accepted!
