Help, I have no recollection of this.

So I rediscovered this a ...thing that I had apparently painted over a year ago. I mean, sure, that's a liberal use of the word 'painted' since its terrible and I'm terrible and everything is terrible.
But I just came across this again and I have no idea what I was going for, or what I was going to do with it. I love this model, and I want to get back into painting, what dyou think I should do? Strip the paint off and start anew or is there something here worth salvaging?
