Removing glue stains before painting

Post Body

Hi there! I’m currently sitting down and building one of the Primaris Eliminators from 40k. I now have the problem that I maybe used a bit too much glue and it stained around the glued part. My question is, how to you guys remove it efficiently without scratching the resin too much? Or doesn’t it matter in the end because of painting?

Thanks for all the answers!
