Post Body

As the title says, I've moved to Australia from the UK on a WHV and, as someone with over a decade of experience in commercial kitchens, I'm enticed by the idea of making good money for work I'd get paid very little for back home.

My question, however, is how do I go about getting into one of these jobs with my current English qualifications?

I owned my own kitchens back home so I'm more than qualified for the roles but all the job applications I have seen require a Commercial Cookery course which take months and cost a considerable amount.

Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Apply at Ventia, especially at Middlemount. I'm not sure if I can hold the food down anymore here. 🤢
