Is it just me all do most of the chemical engineering guys try to get into mining?
Post Body

Alot of chemical engineering guys who I know all ended up doing mining. It's a bit frustrating because I studied Mineral Processing and a bit of Metallurgy but a lot of companies select the chemical engineers since that's their main specialization.

Is it the pay that's attracting them? There so many other industries for chemical engineers so I'm just curious as to why or maybe it's just me?
