Urgently some advice

So im a Metallurgy graduate whose been struggling to get a job for months now but I managed to get something Geo tech related. The companys willing to train me and it's a fly in fly out.
However I got a second interview with another company in Metallurgy.
Would I be taking a risk by taking the first job or would I be taking a bigger risk by not taking it for the second interview and not getting either. I have to make the decision in the next three days. Pays similar.
