Don't waste your money on coleman

I have a coleman ct200u two weeks old was working fine until it ran out of gas no biggie right well we filled it up and it won't stay on. It won't even start unless you have the choke off which is opposite of what the manual says. It starts and dies. The certified coleman mechanic wants basically half of the bikes price to look at it and more if he has to replace the engine.
