In need of help

My brother said I can have it. He said it’s been sitting a long time. (1-2) years. He told me there was nothing wrong with it then and that it ran fine. Then he got bored of it and forgot about it. Has been sitting since. Any idea how to get it started and running good? Thanks for any and all help.
