Brand New, Attempting to make chocolate minis?

Hi all,
I have an idea that I really want to pursue in making miniture molds that I can pour chocolate in for my junior DnD games - teaching through ganing.
I think I have it down, but I'm anxious about them being either A) too porous or B) toxic/unhealthy. Do yall have suggestions on what I should make the mold out of or a sealant to use?
Hope this isn't too annoying
