Any way to fix audio popping/tearing

This isn't that big of an issue, the audio only pops and tears on a couple N64 games (Donkey Kong 64 and Mystical Ninja staring Goemon) and one PS1 game ( Suikiden 2). The games aren't unplayable it's just a little annoying, especially with the N64 games. I have the memory booster installed, is there anything else I can do?
