The last two maps, I've hosted a Minerap Game Jam, which is where players get together to play Minecraft for 24 hours. The past two times, the goal has been building a functional city in 24 hours. We did fairly well the first time.
So, who'd be down for such a thing this map?
There's no prospective date yet, just want to make sure that this doesn't go by the wayside.
Edit: A couple other things to mention: Staying for the full 24 hours is not mandatory. You can join for as much or as little as you want.
Builders aren't the only ones who'll have something to do. You get that many people at a public location, you're going to need someone to defend them.
Edit 2: The location will be announced 12-24 hours in advance, so that participants can move supplies nearer to the location.
