So folks, like I said last time, I will be making the Game Jam a once-per-map event. I don't know the when or where yet for this map, but I did want to bring something up that was kind of disappointing last time: Extra Life.

This event is about having fun with the community, yes, but it's also about the poor, cancer-ridden children in Children's Miracle hospitals. The entire point of an Extra Life event is to raise money for those children. Last time, no-one signed up for the Minerap Extra Life team, and no-one did any fundraising.

I would like it very much if people did sign up for the team and did some fundraising. Even if you don't sign up for the team, you can at least do some fundraising of your own. It's not a "call up your Grandma, beg her to buy cookies" type thing, it's simply a link to be shared on Facebook or Twitter or whatever thing you guys use.
