My mom gifted this Stalactite to me, someone had gifted it to her so we are unsure of exact origin. It's about 20 inches tall and weighs about 16 pounds. Ive done quite a bit of research but haven't really come across anything like this that someone has in possession. I know its illegal in many states to mess with these sorta things since like 1938 and I think it's also illegal to sell them but I'm not 100% sure. Don't these take like centuries to form as well? If so it's insane to think I'm holding something that's older than literally every person on the earth right now
