Allow ladders/vines to be placed down from one block sort of like scaffolding

Maybe a better example would be like ropes in terraria, but you get my point. It is super annoying to have to install ladders and don’t even get me started about vines (especially if I need them to be hanging down in the air). I suggest that right-clicking on any ladder/vine will place a ladder/vine at the top or bottom of a wall. Simple.
