Fish should stay alive in filled cauldrons

Currently the game doesn't treat a full cauldron as if it were water. So if you put your pufferfish inside it, eventually it suffocates.
Cauldrons should be treated like being inside the hitbox when they are filled, is like being inside a similar bit of water.
