Blast Resistance Buff

Currently the armor enchantments are all pretty much redundant, with Protection being able to do everything all at once.
I propose that for Blast Resistance, the enchantment also add a scaling level of knockback resistance to the player.
This will add more utility to an otherwise unused enchantment.
