Allow "Right Click" Action with Pickaxe

A small suggestion, allow pickaxes to "damage" a block with a right click.
Treat it the same way as a hoe tilling dirt or shovel making a path, but allow a pickaxe when right clicked to change smooth stone into cobble, and stone brick into cracked stone brick.
A small change, but something that may open up neat interactions.
