[Request] seed with village near spawn

Hills are ok, but not fond of starting near mountains. At least 3 buildings in the village (because anything less hardly counts as a village) and a forest nearby would be extra nice. Animals would also be a bonus.
I know it's a little specific, so sorry if nobody can find one.
Also, if anyone knows how to make a village grow, I'd love to know. I haven't been playing too long, but I really enjoy giving the villages make overs. :)
